At Sam Caan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.
30-Day Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Free Returns for UK Mainland Customers
We offer FREE returns for customers located in the UK Mainland.
Once your return request is approved:
- Sign in to your account and submit a return request for the relevant order.
- A free Evri return label will be provided.
- Print the label at home and attach it to your parcel.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest Evri ParcelShop.
This service is completely free for UK mainland customers.
Returns from Outside the UK
Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please ensure that:
- The parcel is sent using a tracked shipping service.
- The item is securely packaged.
Sam Caan is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Customised or personalised shirts
- Any product that has been altered or specially made to order
Once a shirt has been customised (for example: monograms, custom sizing, or design modifications), it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Sign in to your account on our website.
- Go to your order history.
- Select the Return option next to the item you wish to return.
- Follow the instructions provided.
If your return is approved, you will receive further instructions including your Evri return label (for UK mainland customers only).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
